Summer Volleyball Strength Training

Volleyball Strong is offering a Summer Strength Program for all high school volleyball players. Our Summer Program has been designed to reduce overuse injuries that can happen during the long season, and help increase strength, agility, jumping ability and more.

Cost: Cost $170 per athlete

Space is limited to first 8 athletes to sign up
Liability waiver must be signed and payment made before athlete can participate
