I have been training with Volleyballstrong for about 6 months now. I have not only improved on the court but it has also helped me become a better teammate and person. I have noticed I do not get tired anymore while playing, can run down more balls, jump higher, and can hit the ball harder since I started the training. Volleyballstrong really teaches form and technique so you will not get hurt. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who has the drive to become an amazing athlete.
